Luke Wootton, Director of Client Relationships, has been appointed to Huntswood’s Leadership Team to ensure client needs continue to be represented at the top of the company.
His position will continue to ensure client needs sit at the heart of what Huntswood does, informing the business’ strategy and decision making at the highest levels of the company. He will also focus on the evolution of client relationships, particularly following the pandemic, which placed additional demands on many businesses to respond to rapidly changing customer needs. In his role Luke will champion ways to ensure clients can respond to changing demands and continue to delight and support customers, whether through new technology, new insight, or improved customer experience.

Luke has almost ten years’ experience in client-facing roles at Huntswood having joined the company in 2012. During his time with Huntswood he’s undertaken a variety of roles supporting the conduct and operational needs of clients, including sales and servicing, quality assurance, complaints and remediation. His experience spans a number of sectors too, including Consumer Credit as it transitioned to FCA authorisation in addition to leading Huntswood’s insurance market activity and client engagement through the operational challenges posed by the pension reforms.
Throughout his time with Huntswood, Luke has focused on building long-term, productive client relationships that result in better outcomes.
