Minimum criteria for potential referrals
  • Relevant work experience or transferable skillset.
  • A minimum of six months working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Terms & conditions
  1. Your referral must know you are referring them for a role.
  2. Only submissions received on this site will be valid.
  3. You should know the candidate and must be able to vouch for your referral’s work ethic
  4. Your referral will be screened and subject to our Recruitment Process
  5. If the referred individual is already known to Huntswood, the referral will not qualify for bonus payment.
  6. Referral fee payment criteria
    • Your referral must have been in the business for a period of 3 months (from their commencement date) to be considered for payment
    • Your referral must not be on any performance management programmes or part of a Disciplinary Process by the end of their 3 months’ probation period
    • £400 is eligible for payment after 3 months of service, with the remaining £600 eligible after 6 months of service
    • The referral bonus becomes payable at the end of the 4th month & 7th month from the date of the referral’s commencement
    • You must complete a claim form below for your referral to be considered for payment
    • You are responsible for submitting your claim form once your referral has successfully completed their first three months, in order to claim your bonus
