Provide us with their details through our referral form.

If your referral is successfully hired, you will be rewarded after they complete 3 months and 6 months employment (see details below).

Terms & conditions
  • Your referral must know you are referring them for a role.
  • Only submissions received on this site will be valid.
  • You should know the candidate and must be able to vouch for your referral’s work ethic.
  • Your referral will be screened and subject to our Recruitment Process.
Minimum criteria for potential referrals
  • Relevant work experience or transferable skillset.
  • A minimum of six months working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fits our Huntswood culture and values.
Referral fee payment criteria
  • Your referral must have been in the business for a period of 3 months (from their commencement date) to be considered for payment.
  • Your referral must not be on any performance management programmes or part of a Disciplinary Process by the end of their 3 months’ probation period.
  • £400 is eligible for payment after 3 months of service, with the remaining £600 eligible after 6 months of service.
  • The referral bonus becomes payable at the end of the 4th month & 7th month from the date of the referral’s commencement.
  • You must complete a claim form for your referral to be considered for payment.
