Martin has held a variety of senior roles, including being responsible for complaint handing at Lloyds Banking Group, where he led a 50% reduction in volume over an 18 month period. As Managing Director of Connect, a Lloyds Banking Group company, he was responsible for 7,500 people and over 11 locations, connecting with customers across multiple channels and leading the back-end processing operations teams.  

In his role as Lloyds Bank’s Group Ambassador for the Midlands, Martin helped businesses in the region to prosper. He has also been a non-executive director of Motability Operations, the company responsible for delivering the motability scheme to over 600,000 disabled people.

Outside of work, Martin is married to Tracey and has two daughters, Summer and Taylor. He is a keen Aston Villa fan and enjoys spending his free time playing and watching football, cricket and golf.

Donna is responsible for overseeing the finance function, ensuring that Huntswood is a financially compliant company.

After graduating with a First-Class BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics at Plymouth University, Donna started out her career qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at Saffery Champness, where she worked in the Business Advisory Team.

After becoming ACA qualified, Donna was the Financial Accountant at Barracuda Group for three years, before joining Huntswood in 2010. Before her board appointment, she headed up Huntswood’s Commercial Finance division, before moving on to become Finance Director in 2017.

She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Donna likes to spend a lot of her time outside with her family, is a keen runner, and plays hockey for Sonning Hockey Club.

Anton is a vastly experienced operator, having mobilised and overseen customer servicing activity for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. He joined Huntswood in 2021, having been both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Officer of one of the world’s largest customer servicing / business process outsourcers, and brings a wealth of experience to help Huntswood continuously improve the service it delivers to its clients.

Approachable and dedicated with a clear, contemporary view of best practice, Anton is versed at working closely with clients to deliver solutions which are agile and facilitate flexibility, resilience and business growth, as well as connecting with individuals at all levels of the business to ensure a strong culture of collaboration..

Helen has 19 years of customer-focused, operational experience with a very strong track record in risk management, and has extensively led and galvanised people through complex business and regulatory change while continuing to execute and deliver exceptional results.

Helen is excellent at building relationships and ensuring alignment across different businesses and lines of defence.

Prior to Huntswood, she held senior risk roles within a number of the UK’s best known banking institutions and wealth firms.

Luke joined Huntswood in 2012 and has since undertaken a variety of roles in support of the conduct and operational needs of our clients across a range of disciplines including sales & servicing, quality assurance, complaints and remediation.

Luke’s experience spans a number of sectors including Consumer Credit as it transitioned to FCA authorisation, in addition to leading Huntswood’s Insurance market activity and client engagement through the operational challenges posed by the pension reforms.

Prior to joining Huntswood Luke was an elite rower having won Henley Royal Regatta. Outside of work Luke remains keen on sports and keeping fit, albeit at a more leisurely pace whilst studying for an MBA alongside a young family.

With 23 years in management, 17 of which specialised in Human Resources across retail, hospitality, and financial services, Laura is a seasoned HR professional with a focus on Business Process Outsourcing.

Laura's strategic expertise shapes people practices, spanning employee relations, TUPE, resourcing, performance management, CSR, and employee wellbeing. Her notable accomplishments include securing Investor in People Gold and Silver CORE Accreditation (Responsible Business Framework) via Business in the Community.

She was recognised by Employer of Choice BITC, CIPD awards, and holds Learning & Development accolades. Laura also holds FCIPD status and a BA Hons in Business Administration, alongside postgraduate qualifications in HR and Employment Law.

Kirk joined Huntswood in October 2015, having previously worked with Huntswood as both a client and an associate. He moved into the role of Technology Director in December 2019, with a focus on developing Huntswood’s Technology capability. Prior to this he was responsible for Huntswood office-based projects and outsourcing services.

Kirk’s experience spans the financial services industry as a whole, but with a focus on retail banking and telecoms in particular. In this space, he has managed award-winning, large-scale operations. He has previously worked for RBS, Morgan Stanley, O2 and National Australia Group.

Kirk is a Chartered Banker and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland (FCIBS). He was also the first UK winner of the European Call Centre Professional Awards.

With over 25 years of experience, Patrick is a strategic leader proficient in operations, transformation, risk management and innovation. He excels at building and developing high-performing teams, inspiring loyalty and commitment that drive improved performance.

He collaborates closely with his team and stakeholders to devise and implement innovative strategies, leveraging his expertise in areas such as outsourcing, cost management, collections, operational and credit risk, and process automation.
