Jon works with his clients to design and deliver high quality operations including outsourcing, resourcing and assurance which allow his clients to deliver great customer outcomes whilst optimising operational processes and adhering to their regulatory obligations.
Jon has recently set up and is currently overseeing numerous operations including complaints, customer service and remediation with FTE numbers of up to 100 with clients in the Consumer Finance, Banking and General Insurance industries.
This involved overseeing the scoping, solution design, contractual negotiations, planning, setup, delivery and ongoing relationship management, ensuring services are being delivered in line with his clients’ operational and regulatory expectations.
