Emma Mitchell

Emma has spent 14 years in Financial Services and joined Huntswood from a big four professional services firm in 2023.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in financial services, particularly in the areas of business conduct, consumer duty, governance and controls, complaints, and remediation. She is a customer outcomes specialist who has extensive experience in overseeing sensitive operational projects. Emma also possesses the up-to-date knowledge required to ensure Huntswood is delivering in line with both FOS and regulatory obligations.

Emma works collaboratively with clients to review, design/transform and deliver appropriate solutions that are both best practice and operationally efficient.
