During the past decade, we have seen extreme weather become more common, and with these weather events comes an increase in the volume, complexity and urgency of consumer complaints.

It’s all too easy for firms, especially those in the General Insurance and Utilities sectors, to get snowed under by an unmanageable amount of complaints, often finding that they need to take on extra resource just to keep up.
