Kerry is an experienced people leader with over 25 years working within the financial services industry. She has a strong track record of generating followership and leading across a variety of business disciplines which include all areas of contact centre, business planning, social media, transformation and risk.
Kerry has managed operations across multiple sites, leading teams of 3,000+ FTE and has a wealth of expertise overseeing large operational teams and delivering cultural change.
