Ganesh Iyer is Chief Solutions Officer at ResultsCX. He formulates and leads the digital charter of the company’s globally dispersed business units – combining strong business understanding with execution skills, and strategic orientation, to develop products and solutions that enable superior experiences for our clients and their end customers.
Ganesh has three decades of experience in IT, BPO, and digital-first businesses – across startup, mid and large enterprise ecosystems. His expertise spans operations, sales, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. In his prior role at Symphony Ventures, Ganesh advised global clients on their digital transformation agendas, managed global delivery teams, and established centres of excellence. He also played a pivotal part in managing the firm’s sale to Sykes Inc. Ganesh’s career spans leadership stints at HCL Technologies, Cognizant, Firstsource, and eVentures.
