Archana is a results-oriented professional with over 25 years’ standing in the service industry including financial services (insurance) & telecommunications.
She has led various cross-functional projects across geographies for large multinational companies. She is experienced in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different functions such as IT & Business Operations (HR/Finance/Marketing).
Archana holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur & MSc Media Management from Stirling University Scotland.
Throughout her career Archana has been involved with various aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, control, closure etc., using methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma etc., along with tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana etc., which have contributed towards driving organisation’s growth.
