As well as leveraging its advisory capability in the design and oversight of the scheme, Huntswood recruited, referenced, deployed and managed the 154 skilled specialists required to deliver it operationally.

Huntswood built a bespoke claims management platform and set the scheme up for success through detailed planning, segmentation and forecasting of response rates. Our platform not only handled the large numbers of claims received, but also to enabled escalation to the Scheme Adjudicators.

Our platform generated the extensive MI that was required to keep the firm and the FCA informed as to claims received and their outcomes. Our experts also provided qualitative feedback on scheme performance, risks and challenges based on past experience of such engagements.

Due to the excellent relationships we forged, we were also tasked with providing Collections and Recovery Agents to support the BAU teams. This set new benchmarks for customer service - through the exceptional performance of the Agents, we collected monies in excess of the resource cost, thereby providing a positive return on investment.
