Huntswood’s Lucy Gilly has been appointed to the company’s Leadership Team as Commercial Director
21st July 2021: Lucy has managed Huntswood’s in-house legal function since joining in 2015 and has been central to the business’ growth throughout her time at the company. Her appointment widens her remit and will now involve leadership of Huntswood’s legal, procurement, marketing and commercial departments as well as supporting the Chief Executive Officer in developing commercial plans and oversight of Strategic Partnerships.
After a year of change for many clients and their customers, Lucy’s new role will also involve ensuring that Huntswood can continue to be commercially agile and provide the insight, expertise and pace to create better outcomes for clients, customers and the communities they are a part of.
She will also take over leadership of Huntswood brand and marketing teams, overseeing the company’s communications, including the recently launched Huntswood podcast.
Prior to joining Huntswood, Lucy worked for some of the world’s largest data, software and technology firms starting her career at Reuters before supporting various VC firms on their incubator start-up’s as a commercial leader.
