Huntswood appoints Helen Maslin as Risk Director to continue to create better outcomes for clients

15th March 2021: Helen Maslin has been appointed as Risk Director at resourcing, outsourcing and advisory firm, Huntswood. She joins from Quilter, where she worked as Head of Risk, and will bring extensive experience from senior positions at Metro Bank and Lloyds Banking Group.

Understanding the challenges faced by firms, Helen is well positioned to strengthen Huntswood’s services in identifying and mitigating risk for businesses operating in heavily regulated industries. Her role will focus on overseeing and governing client projects to create value and better outcomes for customers.

Helen also brings deep insight into customer experience and the relationship between risk and complaints, including the important role of Root Cause Analysis. As such, she aims to facilitate a culture of continuous improvement and will encourage risk and operations teams to work together to deliver even better results for clients and customers.
