Luke joined Huntswood in 2012 and has since undertaken a variety of roles in support of the conduct and operational needs of our clients across a range of disciplines including sales & servicing, quality assurance, complaints and remediation.

Luke’s experience spans a number of sectors including Consumer Credit as it transitioned to FCA authorisation, in addition to leading Huntswood’s Insurance market activity and client engagement through the operational challenges posed by the pension reforms.

Prior to joining Huntswood Luke was an elite rower having won Henley Royal Regatta. Outside of work Luke remains keen on sports and keeping fit, albeit at a more leisurely pace whilst studying for an MBA alongside a young family.

Emma has spent 14 years in Financial Services and joined Huntswood from a big four professional services firm in 2023.

She brings with her a wealth of experience in financial services, particularly in the areas of business conduct, consumer duty, governance and controls, complaints, and remediation. She is a customer outcomes specialist who has extensive experience in overseeing sensitive operational projects. Emma also possesses the up-to-date knowledge required to ensure Huntswood is delivering in line with both FOS and regulatory obligations.

Emma works collaboratively with clients to review, design/transform and deliver appropriate solutions that are both best practice and operationally efficient.

Jon joined Huntswood in 2016, and is responsible for managing the relationships with a number of Huntswood's clients covering Consumer Finance, General Insurance and the Life, Pensions & Wealth sectors. Jon ensures he is consistently 'up to speed' on regulatory and legislative developments in order to share insight on best practice.

Jon works with his clients to design the appropriate solution which could include outsourcing, resourcing, regulatory assurance and operational resilience, allowing his clients to deal with the ever-changing demands they experience. He has recently supported the setup of multiple operations, with both short-term resource solutions and longer term fully outsourced operations. This involved scoping, solution design, contractual negotiations, planning, setup, delivery and ongoing relationship management, ensuring services are being delivered in line with his clients’ operational and regulatory expectations.

Tim is a financial services professional with over 35 years’ experience across multiple sectors. He has worked for Huntswood for over 18 years, and in this time, has built extensive experience of managing large operations relating to complaints, customer remediation and past business review.

His oversight of some of Huntswood’s largest and most sensitive operations means he brings a strong understanding of client challenges and requirements to his role as an Account Director.

He works with his clients at every step to derive value, from delivering robust engagement governance to ensuring the right internal stakeholders are engaged and managed to help clients achieve their commercial and customer goals.
