Case Manager

Location: Wiltshire
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

Our client, a large Financial Services company are currently recruiting for a Case Manager to join their Customer Relations department.

You will be tasked with:

  • Handling customer complaints whilst adhering to company standards and set processes
  • Carrying out full and detailed investigations into customer cases
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Gathering information from various sources in order to accurately manage customer cases
  • Managing the expectations of customers and communicating effectively
  • Accurately recording all data relating to customer cases
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Key skills required:

  • Strong knowledge of pension and investment products including SIPP, ISA and wrap platforms
  • Solid exposure to a customer complaints environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Organised and able to prioritise multiple workloads
  • Target driven and able to work as part of a team
