Following the success of Complaints Outlook 2016, Huntswood has once again commissioned YouGov to support in creating the most thorough, independent analysis of complaints handling across the UK.

Based on a nationally-representative study of more than 5,000 consumers and interviews with leading firms across financial services and utilities (energy, water, telecommunications) the Complaints Outlook 2019 will:

  • Identify how customer experiences and expectations have changed since 2016
  • Explore how complaints trends vary across financial services and utilities
  • Identify best practice across various sectors and industries to inform operating model design
  • Develop an understanding of the future challenges and opportunities in relation to complaints excellence

With the research now complete, it’s time to start getting excited for the launch of the paper in July.

Firms that have participated in the survey, as well as the individuals who have expressed interest using the form to the right, will receive a copy of the report on the day it is released.

A free launch event in September will see industry speakers and panel sessions take to the stage to discuss the key topics highlighted through the research.
