Huntswood are looking for experience customer service agents who are passionate about helping customers and thinking up solutions to support our clients.

Your new role

Working as part of Huntswood operational team you will be supporting our client, a well-known retail bank, to aid customers who are in financial difficulties.

Managing your own workload you will be responsible for coming up with solutions to support the customers, as well as working for the bank.

You’ll be able to work from home for the duration, and all training and equipment would be provided.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have previous contact centre experience or a strong background in financial services dealing with all types of customers. You’ll be used to working to call targets withing a high-volume call environment.

You will excel at listening, be able to explain things clearly and have an empathetic approach, tailoring each call to the individual customer’s needs

You’ll also be flexible to work a 37.5 hour a week, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, on a rotational shift basis, working 1 in 2 Saturdays.

What you’ll get return

We can offer a Salary of £22,500 on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a permanent member of staff you can take advantage of:

There will also be opportunity to move to different campaigns when this one has been completed.

If you are looking for a bit more flexibility then we also can offer a day rate of £125 on a 6 month contract basis, working through our preferred umbrella company provider, Husp.
