We’re in the process of setting up a customer excellence function which will have several key areas that focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a full time position where we will be looking to use your skills and experience on a variety of different campaigns. Your first assignment will be working on a campaign with a top 4 energy provider and... it’s working from home!

Overview

Your role is to provide an outstanding customer experience on each and every call, to establish the primary reason for customer contact and to provide a comprehensive response that not only answers the question but has left the customer feeling valued and content.

  • Inbound calls from existing and new customers
  • Primarily assisting with home move and billing queries.
  • No direct selling or outbound calling or cold calling
  • Working hours on this contact centre are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • Initially your shift will be centred around 9am to 5.30pm.
  • Fully Work from Home – laptop, monitors, screens etc will be provided

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of working in a call centre role providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilities experienced desirable but not essential
  • A positive, flexible approach and a passion for helping customers
