Some of the best people we meet are often recommended to us by our network of
contractors, interims, current and placed candidates. Unsurprisingly good people
seem to know good people, which is why we always ask for and place high value on
the recommendations we receive.
Because referrals play such an important part of our candidate attraction
strategy we believe it is only right to thank the people who recommend others to
us. If we succeed in placing a referred candidate we offer £250 of vouchers to
the person who made the referral.

Contract referrals
The referrer will be entitled to payment of vouchers once the candidate has been on their assignment for a minimum of one month.

Permanent referrals
The referrer will be entitled to the referral fee when the referred candidate has passed their probationary period.

Terms and conditions:
- All payments will be made in vouchers – choose between Love-2-Shop or John Lewis.
- The person referred must not already be in contact with us or on our database.
- Payments will only be paid on the initial placement – further placements are
excluded.
- If the candidate has been recommended by more than one person then we will operate
a ‘first come first served’ policy.
- In the event of any disputes and following all reasonable checks Huntswood's decision
will be final.
- There is no limit to the number of people you can recommend!
