Stephen Humphreys

Stephen leads the management consultancy recruitment team. He is widely known in the consulting industry; a regular commentator published through top-consultant.com, Consulting Times, Consultive Mag and Consultant News. He has also been invited to speak at a number of the UK’s leading business schools. Stephen is responsible for growing and managing Huntswood’s impressive client base; top strategy consultancies, the ‘big 4’, a wide range of boutique specialists and internal consultancies.

Stephen graduated from the University of Southampton, before joining a niche management consultancy recruiter. Having gained valuable experience he moved to Huntswood. He was “Highly Commended” by the Institute of Recruitment Professionals for his approach to recruitment, and his success in the management consultancy industry.

In 2012 Stephen was named Best Management Consultancy Recruiter by candidate feedback in Top-Consultant.com’s annual survey.

Rachel Snelgar

Rachel is a specialist recruiter of management consultants. After joining Huntswood she quickly built up a client base in strategy consulting. Specifically, she has worked within media & telecommunications, procurement and strategic sourcing, brand strategy and corporate strategy. She has also co-ordinated delivery on a number of successful supply chain and logistics assignments. Her clients range from niche firms to top tier strategy houses.

Rachel’s day-to-day activities focus on business development along with the management of client relationships. All of her clients get the same commitment, where she is prepared to go ‘the extra mile’ to ensure the efficient, high quality service the Huntswood recruitment team are renowned for. This year Rachel was awarded a prize by top-consultant for the Best Individual Recruitment Consultant based on outstanding candidate feedback. Rachel was delighted to win this award; “People appreciate honesty and hard work; two things I, and Huntswood, embody at all times. It's lovely to be recognised for the effort and commitment we put in.”

Before Huntswood Rachel was a student at the University of Nottingham where she was an active member in societies and clubs, most predominantly the StreetDance Society where she was President in her second year. Rachel still has this love of dance combined with a passion for horses.

Vergelheo Das Neves

Verge specialises in management consultancy within financial services. His main focus is based around broad business consulting, operations risk, and regulation across retail banking, wholesale and investment banking and insurance. Verge joined Huntswood in 2011 after a successful period at Sthree PLC. He brings a wealth of knowledge and excellent networking contacts.

Verge prides himself on developing excellent relationships with all his clients and then keeping those relationships long term.

Verge graduated from Rhodes University in South Africa with an Hons degree in Television Journalism. He later moved to Japan to teach English for a year, before completing his MBA at Oxford Brookes Business School. He is also a member of various social and private members clubs.

Antony Hyde

Antony joined Huntswood from NP Group as a Consultant within the management consultancy recruitment team in January 2012. He has been tasked with growing Huntswood’s presence within IT consulting, technical and enterprise architecture, BI and IT sourcing & strategy.

Antony has 5 years’ experience in client partner roles, initially with RBS. He has been awarded for his customer care, both by RBS and in his recruitment career when he was awarded “Number 1 Consultant” at UK Open IT in 2009. Antony has recruitment experience within management consultancy, financial services, IT and senior appointments recruitment. This gives him an excellent platform to assess his clients’ requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.

Laura Davey

Laura is a resourcing consultant, specialising in strategy, working across all industry sectors. Currently she is working primarily in commerce; consumer goods, retail, media, telecommunications and logistics. Sub-skill sets include pricing strategy, corporate strategy, market-entry strategy, brand strategy and strategic sourcing.

Laura prides herself on her ability to offer advice to candidates who are not sure on their next career move. She finds enormous satisfaction in advising candidates on their life choices, and has received exceptional candidate feedback.

Prior to working at Huntswood, Laura graduated from Exeter University with a BA Hons in German, which included a year abroad at Würzburg University in Bavaria, Germany. Laura is fluent in German.

Luke Wootton

With previous experience in the MBA business development office at the Henley Business School and as a Search Consultant for several big 4 management consultancies, Luke joined Huntswood in early 2012 as a Resourcing Consultant within the management consultancy team specialising in financial services. His main focus as a Resourcing Consultant is to find and develop relationships with professionals that deliver broad business consulting, risk consulting and regulatory advisory across functions of retail banks, wholesale and investment banks and insurance companies.

Luke graduated with a B.Sc. (hons) in sport and exercise science from the University of Exeter. During his time at university he was the captain of boats at the University of Exeter Rowing Club; upon leaving university he moved to Henley-on-Thames to compete at a higher level and has achieved success at a number of national and international regattas. He is still in heavy training towards winning an event at the Henley Royal Regatta.

Luke prides himself on his professional and diligent approach to recruitment and enjoys dealing with management consultants on a day to day basis.

Lana Mussington

Lana is a Search Consultant in the management consultancy team. She works across the sector, placing both experienced consultants and new entrants to the industry into project/programme management, change management, HR transformation and broader business improvement roles.

Prior to joining Huntswood, Lana worked for ten years as an on-site project manager in the telecommunications industry. She worked on many high profile projects delivering commercial savings through partnerships and cross-team-working efficiencies, driving business improvements through instigating and building processes to support the business. She is perfectly positioned to understand and assist Change and Transformation Consultants in their career development.
