Sara Robinson - Director of Resourcing Planning
Sara joined Huntswood in 2002 and leads the resource planning function, which is primarily responsible for the ongoing recruitment,
referencing and placement of Huntswood's associate and permanent network of financial services professionals.
Prior to joining Huntswood Sara worked as a recruitment consultant for the Michael Page group, having gained her CIPD qualification
within the HR function Ryder Logistics. Sara has been involved in large scale specialised resourcing projects, for example deploying 250
resources in two weeks for one client engagement. Trained in Thomas International's PPA, Sara is an experienced competency based interviewer and assessor. |

Keith Peters - Resourcing Manager
Keith joined Huntswood in 2005 and is the Manager of the Resourcing Team.
Keith and his team of Resourcing Consultants are responsible for fulfilment of all customer service and learning & development and Consulting
opportunities within the business.
Keith has a strong background in financial services having joined Prudential in 1997 where he held a number of positions within customer service,
technical pensions, annuity advice and call centre departments.
Keith then moved to Standard Life as a Financial Advisor before moving into financial services recruitment with Reed Insurance.

Kristian Stone
Kristian joined Huntswood in 2003 within the customer services function. Kristian
worked on a variety of successful projects for a range of financial services
clients around the country and internationally. After a successful secondment to
the Resourcing team in 2006, Kristian joined the team full time in 2007.
Kristian started working within the financial services industry in 1996 and spent five years working for Prudential, prior to joining Standard Life in 2002 before moving to Huntswood in 2003.

Mike Stener
Mike joined Huntswood in 2004 as a Senior Business Reviewer, working on a number of
client projects over a five year period.
In 2009, Mike joined the Resourcing Team to enhance their capacity with hands-on contracting
experience. His current role means he continues to develop his working relationships with
Huntswood’s existing contractor base as well as recruiting new talent.
Prior to Joining Huntswood, Mike worked for the Prudential for five years in a number of
compliance roles.

Luke Allen
Luke Allen joined Huntswood in 2010 after a successful sales career outside of financial services.
Luke is currently resourcing client projects across the UK, mainly within financial services. Luke specialises in Customer Service resourcing and is
usually found working on large scale projects, sourcing, assessing and deploying new associates.

Carley Gibbs
Carley joined Huntswood in 2010 bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles in high street recruitment. In Joining Huntswood Carley has fulfilled her desire to remain in the fast paced recruitment industry whilst working in the Financial Services sector. Carley has successfully resourced on number of assignments from large scale complaints handling to specialist foreign language assignments.

Michael Joplin
Michael specialises in Customer Services resourcing and joined Huntswood in September 2010. after graduating from the University of Portsmouth
with a BA HONS degree in Business Administration.
Michael acquired a keen interest in the recruitment industry after studying recruitment related units, such as Personal Selling and Account Management,
and Human Resource Management.
Completing an Independent Study Project in the recruitment field in his final year at University helped strengthen Michael’s interest in recruitment
consultancy. Past roles in customer services and retail helped Michael gain vital skills in communication and relationship management, which he considers
to be complimentary to his role.

Sagar Gandesha
Sagar joined Huntswood in 2010, having previously held roles with Capita and
Daniel Williams as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager respectively. As part
of the resourcing team, Sagar’s role is to support the sales function in identifying
appropriately skilled and experienced individuals that sit within risk, compliance
and regulation. He has successfully recruited into various industry sectors including
marketing, advertising, retail fashion, education and financial services.

Melinda Spencer
Melinda joined Huntswood’s resourcing team in October 2010 to support the People, Learning & Development (PLD) area headed up by Phil Festa. In this
role Melinda concentrates on the ongoing recruitment and placement of learning and development consultants. Since joining the team, Melinda has enjoyed
success in placing associates with a series of high-profile clients and is actively engaged in growing the candidate database in the PLD area. If you
design and deliver training within financial services, Melinda is the Resourcing Consultant to call.
Melinda’s current role builds upon the significant experience she gained over a number of years working with Reed Learning, resourcing trainers and
managing key financial services client accounts.

Matthew Perkin
Matthew recently joined Huntswood as a member of the resourcing team. Relatively new to resourcing, Matthew is actively involved in the fulfilment of
large scale financial services projects across a number of UK locations.
Matthew has a strong background in customer services and has recently changed career from his role as a Quantity Surveyor where he dealt largely with the
financial aspects within the construction industry.
