Customer services, and specifically regulated complaint handling, is Huntswood’s core service offering and we provide these solutions to many financial services organisations, including the top six UK retail banks and a number of life and pensions providers. The work delivered covers a range of products, of varying degrees of complexity. These include complex issues, such as investment complaints, as well as more straightforward requirements driven by consumer bodies and the media such as PPI and unauthorised overdraft charge complaints.

We have provided these solutions both on client site and at our own offices within the UK, resolving in excess of two million advised and non-advised claims and complaints in the past five years. In doing so, Huntswood has interacted with over two million of our clients’ customers, handling in excess of £1 billion of our clients’ monies in the process.
