specialists and by working in partnership with our clients we
provide people who are 'right' for their business; ie who not only
have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience, but who also have the right cultural fit. Over 90% of our UK learning and development team have financial services qualifications.

Many are accredited in the use of psychometric tools relating to intelligence, aptitude, and personality traits such Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Personality Profile Analysis (DISC), Emotional Intelligence, Intelligence & Aptitude and Strength Deployment Inventory, while others are qualified coaches and master practitioners in Neuro-linguistic Programming.
