Many companies use computer-based training (CBT) as a low-cost way of training their employees. However with CBT communication is one-way, the format is dull and old fashioned and it rarely changes behaviour.

Huntswood has developed a cost effective alternative to CBT which takes real sessions and brings them to life through filmed scenarios involving actors and supports them with short, engaging training packs that can either stand-alone on a company’s online learning system or be delivered by first-line managers in work-place briefing sessions.
