Training and Career Development
Our Human Resources (HR) function manages internal training and development. A key responsibility of the function is to ensure that Huntswood’s staff are being utilised to their full potential and that their range of skills is being effectively deployed within the business. In addition, HR seek to ensure that individual’s career ambitions are being optimised and fulfilled.

Staff Forum
The purpose of the Staff Forum is to provide a regular opportunity for the exchange of views and encourage ongoing consultation with employees through open dialogue, via their elected representatives, on issues of mutual interest and concern. This promotes an environment in which everyone, irrespective of their role, can escalate issues and suggestions to the Huntswood Board for due consideration.

Regulatory Initiatives and Compliance
With a dedicated in-house business division specialising in regulatory compliance, Huntswood aims to maintain and promote the best interests of clients’ customers through an understanding of, and adherence to, regulatory guidelines and principles, such as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). This knowledge and understanding of the customers’ rights and requirements helps to ensure that projects are delivered in a customer focussed environment.
