Our focus on conduct risks means that we have:
- been at the forefront of helping firms test, implement and review strategic approaches to the cultural embedding of Treating Customers Fairly;
- implemented back office solutions across a number of service lines that focus on the delivery of the right customer outcomes in an efficient way in areas such as complaints management, claims handling and collections and recoveries;
- assisted clients in identifying any back book issues with the selling of products;
- conducted customer contact exercises to remediate legacy and/or mis-selling issues.
